To create verisimilitude that would lead to a larger emotional impact on our audience we decided to film portions of our trailer in a local park and nearby field. This means that other parents may be able to empathise taking their child to a park very similar. Leading to a much greater emotional response as the child is taken as the parent will fear the same fate making root for the protagonist, creating immersion as they get more emotionally invested.
